It was an enjoyable stay of the 175 steps down to the town. We where in a great location relatively close to landscaped gardens. You could walk to a supermarket and shops.

I had 7 nights in Santa Ponsa, spending the time here lovely. The room was brand-new, cool with a nice view. Generally everything was fantastic, yet the bathroom was leaking. The staff were extremely helpful and efficient, ready to any request. The food was fine, very efficient service.
Didn't like the staff, some of them were a bit rude.

The location was particularly good in the good area. It took only 10 minutes to walk to Palmerston Place bus stop. They gave me a brand-new and fairly quiet room with showers, renovated bathroom, for example.

I got brand-new and big size room with kitchenette. Coffee & tea makers, an electric hob, and refrigerators were available. The location was fantastic, just off Santa Ponsa for the early part of July, and restaraunts, and the view was great. The staff were excellent, outstandingly accommodating.
